Role Responsibilities

8–12 years of hands-on experience in Python development for Lead. Prior experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams. 4-5 years of experience for Developer.
Strong expertise in Flask and REST API design
Experience integrating with Third-party APIs
Experience with Synchronous vs asynchronous integrations
Secure API design.
Authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, OpenID Connect, SAML)
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
Experience with Docker and application packaging
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
Experience with MySQL and database performance tuning
Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers
Proven experience in customer-facing roles for lead role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
